When you get to level 12, it screws up a lot. As things fall down, they dont fill in properly, which means you cant win the level. Very frustrating!!! I want to also add, that it stops playing in the middle of a game and makes you restart.

The game itself is fun and addictive. The constant prompts to buy lives is annoying but I learned to deal with it. The frustration however has been that on the past two updates my entire history and levels were lost. Very annoying!

Only 1 glitch - if you did close game from last level, when you open again it takes away a life like you just played it when the life was already taken before. Other than this, it is an awesome game

Keep losing levels, now just lost my points!! This is second time! I deleted once and started over to have it happen all over again..not worth the frustration! Hello? Is anyone there? Obviously Im not the only one!!

Usually I enjoyed playing this game as a way to pass the time. However due to all the "updates", all progress is lost. Ive lost count how many times this game starts me back at the introduction level. Very frustrating to have to repeat tutorials & progress. Given up playing game.

I used to love this game but the latest update has made it more of a pain than a pleasure. What happened to the storyline. I finally get to a new island so I can see more dialog and it was completely lame. I have always ignored the constant greed factor of buying more time or lives but now there are stupid adds to contend with. On top of this when you go into a level it wants you to buy a boost before you even know what you would need. Bring back the old version with no ads and more dialogue this is just sad The old version of this game was much better. You could actually win more lives for winning a round there were no stupid pop up ads

Went back to the game today after a break. The ad took a long time to dismiss. Didnt even get a close button for almost a minute. Deleted game. Email me when long ads are gone.

I have had to realize that there are more levels than I have time for. This game will be played for a long time

Used to be great. Now be prepared to pay through the nose or sign up for every survey online to get extra time, turns or lives.....and then watch as the game doesnt give u what u earned. Im deleting app until quality returns.

Not worth 5, but cheap way for lives

I miss the storyline of the old jewel quest more. Plus theres no indication how I get premium levels. They r there but locked & Im not spending $ on them to do it that way. Other than that ok game play & graphics.

So many bugs. Sometimes I cant make any selections no matter where I touch the screen. Other times I am set back to the first level. If I turn my phone off and then back on I am back to my last level. Quite a few times I had changed all squares to gold but it said I lost. Think Im done with this game!

This is the best jewel game out there. Hours of fun!!!

Does anyone know why the heart relic i bought with 15,000 coins to have a permanent extra life doesnt work? So frustrating!

Even using online help on how to get thru 18 the game doesnt work. Dont waste your time downloading this game. Why hasnt it been fixed? Several complaints on-line!

This is the best match 3 game. Bummed there have not been more levels to play. I often go back and play through again and again. Still challenging. Please more levels want to find out what happened to everyone!!!!!!
